Terms of Service
OneHosting.com (“OneHosting”), provides hosting services (the “Services”). By purchasing and using the Services, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “TOS”). The TOS describes the terms and conditions of your use of the Services. If you do not agree with the terms in the TOS, you may not purchase or use the Services.
By using the Services, you agree that you are at least thirteen years old. The Services are not intended for anyone under the age of thirteen.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, regardless of whether or not such activity was authorized by you or not. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you agree to inform OneHosting immediately. You understand that failing to do so may result in your access to the Services being suspended.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your invoices are paid on time. You agree to pay for the Services in advance of the time period during which such Services are provided. Unless otherwise provided, you agree that unless you notify OneHosting of your desire to cancel the Services, you will be invoiced and charged on an automatically recurring basis.
All invoices must be paid within five (5) days of the invoice due date. Any invoice that is outstanding may result in the suspension or termination of Services. Access to the Services will not be restored until payment has been received. OneHosting will not activate new orders or activate new packages for customers who have an outstanding balance on their account.
Upon request, OneHosting will provide you with a refund if you request one within 24 hours of placing a new order, assuming you have not yet activated or used the Services purchased. Notwithstanding the foregoing, OneHosting may choose to refund payments on a case-by-case basis at OneHosting’s discretion.
Chargebacks are prohibited. Initiating a chargeback will result in instant suspension or termination of Services. If you have any questions concerning a charge on your account, please contact us at https://onehosting.com/contact.
Shared hosting space may only be used for files and content relative to the Services. Shared hosting space may not be used for storage (whether of media or other data), including, as offsite storage of electronic files, email or FTP hosts. OneHosting expressly reserves the right to review every shared account for excessive usage of CPU, disk space and other resources that may be caused by a violation of the TOS. OneHosting may suspend or terminate access to the Services, or remove content for those accounts that are found to be in violation of this section.
Shared servers are not limited in their bandwidth allowance.
OneHosting reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice, if OneHosting believes you are in violation of the TOS, or for any reason if deemed necessary. If OneHosting cancels or terminates your access to the Services for any of these reasons, you shall not be entitled to receive a refund of any amounts paid for the Services.
UPON TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES FOR ANY REASON ANY DATA ASSOCIATED WITH THE SERVICES WILL BE DELETED AND MAY NOT BE RECOVERABLE.
OneHosting reserves the right to modify the TOS for any reason. You should familiarize yourself with the TOS on a regular basis to be familiar with the current terms. Any modifications to the TOS will become effective when posted unless otherwise provided. You agree to any modification to the TOS by continuing to use the Services after any such modification has been posted.
Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://onehosting.com/privacy (the \"Privacy Policy\"), which is incorporated by reference. By using the Services, you also agree to OneHosting’s use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The TOS, as well as the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Services. Any claim arising out of your use of the Services or the TOS shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Neither you or OneHosting may assign or transfer the TOS or any of your rights or obligations hereunder, without the prior written consent of the other party. The headings herein are for convenience only and are not part of the TOS.
